Before we can stitch, your artwork is converted into a stitch-ready file that tells the machine every needle path and color change. That happens once per design — reorder the same artwork later and you're never charged the setup fee again.
Per-piece price includes the blank garment and embroidery, up to the stitch or coverage limit shown.

Standard spots are left chest, full back, sleeve, cap front, and cap side. Tell us the garment and the look you're after and we'll recommend a placement and size in your quote. Additional locations are +$12 each.
We supply quality blanks for every item listed, or you can send your own garment for embroidery-only pricing. If you bring your own, just make sure the fabric and construction suit machine embroidery — we'll confirm before stitching so nothing gets damaged.
I can provide several garment brands with my embroidery service, including Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Laviva, LAT Apparel, Next Level, Silhouette, and Comfort Colors. For hats, I usually use Gelante.
If the brand you want is not listed, please include that in your request with any extra details. Special requests can be discussed further before your quote is finalized.
We run a commercial multi-needle machine with up to 15 thread colors loaded per design. It handles flats, caps, and most finished goods with clean, durable, production-grade stitching on every pass. Very dense or photo-realistic art may need adjusting — we'll flag anything that won't stitch well before we start.
The digitizing fee is one-time only. Once your image is converted, it is never charged again on future orders of the same design.

Embroidery size guide
My machine can embroider up to 14" x 20" on select flat items or items that can be hooped properly. For standard garments like shirts and hoodies, the largest practical embroidery area is 11.463" x 10.573" due to hooping and placement limits.
