All digital embroidery designs and downloadable files are delivered instantly after purchase.

Digital files will be available for download immediately after checkout through your Shopify order confirmation page.
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive your download notification.

For physical items, orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

While we strive to meet all processing timelines, shipping delays may occur due to:

Traversing Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
