No Refunds / No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Traversing Stitches does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once a purchase has been completed.


📌 Digital Products

All of our embroidery designs and digital files are instant download products. Once files have been delivered or made available for download, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Please ensure that:

  • Your embroidery machine supports the file formats provided

  • You have selected the correct product before purchasing

We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before checkout.


📌 Physical & Custom Products (If Applicable)

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


❗ Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The incorrect item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

For digital products, EU 14-day cooling-off rights do not apply once the download has begun, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdrawal once the download is available.
